WHERE'S MY ORDER

Creation

Due to the handmade quality and the uniqueness of our products, it can take up to 4 weeks for your order to be completed, although typically we can have your order out the door in much less time.  

Shipping

We use standard UPS shipping for all of our orders.  Please send us a message if you require express shipping.

Tracking

UPS provides tracking on all of our orders.  Your tracking number will be sent to you once your item has been packed and shipped.  


CARING FOR YOUR GOODS

Cleaning

Dropped your keys in a puddle?  Adjust your belt while your hands are covered in motor oil?  Don't worry, your goods can handle it! There's no fear of these things doing any damage to your Outlast good.  However, we understand that accidents happen, and sometimes marks and scuffs are unavoidable.

Use a damp cloth to wipe away dirt and grime.  You can also add a little soap for more persistent marks.  Water may darken the leather, but let this serve as a reminder of a more carefree time.  To increase water and stain resistance, we recommend using a simple leather wax or oil.

Aging

Our family tannery produces leather that is naked, meaning it has no artificial finishes that mask the true leather.  So, any piece you get from us will pick up oils and moisture from your daily activities, burnishing the surface and developing a unique and beautiful patina that actually makes the leather more durable.


Returns

To start the return/exchange process, send us a message.

Return

We accept returns on goods that are unused and show no wear.

Repair

Maybe a rivet fell out, maybe a stitch came loose.  Whatever the case, many malfunctions of your good due to normal use can be fixed. And if not, we can...

replace

Busted beyond repair, still due to normal wear and tear?  Then we'll send you a fresh new one that you can break in all over again.  Due to the uniqueness of our leathers, a replacement may be slightly different than your original, though we will try our best to make it match.
